Freshness & Shelf Life
Because our microgreens are delivered fresh and contain no preservatives, proper storage is essential to maintain their crisp texture and nutritional value.
Storage Instructions
Refrigerate immediately upon delivery. Keep them in their original, sealed container. For best results, place a dry paper towel inside the container to absorb excess moisture.
Expected Shelf Life
When stored correctly in the refrigerator, expect peak crispness for the first 4 to 5 days. With careful moisture management, they can remain fresh for up to 7 to 10 days.
Nutrilant Nutrition

β€οΈ Radish's Signature Phytochemicals
Glucosinolates & Isothiocyanates π± Radish
When you chew cruciferous vegetables, specific glucosinolates (like Glucoraphasatin) break down into isothiocyanates. These naturally occurring compounds are widely studied for their biological activity, adding a fascinating reason to include radish in your diet.
Anthocyanins π± Radish
The natural pigments responsible for beautiful red and purple colours in plants. Anthocyanins contribute to the antioxidant character of vegetables, bringing both visual appeal and beneficial pigments to your plate.
π» Sunflower's Natural Nutrition
Plant Protein & Amino Acids π» Sunflower
Provides your body with amino acids, the building blocks used to create proteins. While not a replacement for main protein sources, they add valuable plant protein and nutritional variety to the meals you already enjoy.
Linoleic Acid (Omega-6) & Oleic Acid π» Sunflower
Sunflower naturally contains essential fatty acids your body cannot produce on its own. These play an important role in maintaining normal cell structure and forming the naturally occurring lipid composition of the plant.
π Pigments & Antioxidants
Beta-Carotene, Lutein & Zeaxanthin π» Sunflower | π± Radish
Naturally occurring carotenoids found in green plants. Lutein and Zeaxanthin are naturally concentrated in your eyes, making these greens an interesting part of a varied diet.
